To start out the day, we walked out on the tennis courts. It was a little nippy. After that we did the same thing we do every morning before regular classes, The Pledge of Allegiance and lunch count. I ordered chicken and noodles.
Next it was time to go to reading. We read Rumplestilkin’s daughter which was a pretty good book. After we read the book, we had to fill out a problem, attempt, and solution worksheet.
Wow, time flies! It was already time for Reasoning and Writing. For Reasoning and Writing we did a play using similes; it was fun. We had to do a similes worksheet for tomorrow.
Holy cow! It was already time for spelling. Today for spelling we took a spelling test to see who would be in the spelling bee.
After that it was time for science. We went over a worksheet and read out of our book. We had to do a weight worksheet. I finished mine.
It was like every minute we were changing subjects. It was time for lunch. We had chicken and noodles, yum! At recess I played an exciting game of dodge ball.
Next it was time for Mrs. Hudson to read Peppermints in the Parlor. It was a good book.
Then it was time for P.E. We played spider web; it was really fun.
After that we did writing. We had to do a story on what you would do if you had a million dollars. I put that I would donate 100,000 dollars to the local hospital and then give each of my family members 2,000 dollars. The last thing is to use the rest for college.
After a while we did math. We did a few things with line plots and frequency charts. Then we had to do a worksheet on them. It was time to transition into social studies.
For social studies, everybody who got their assignment done got to play a game. I was one of them.
Finally, it was time for study hall. I didn’t have very much, so I got it all done.
Yay, now it was time to go home.
